Refund policy

We have a 3-days return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return by email and you have a total of 7 days to ship the product back to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will have to ship the item to us to the below address, The 7 Crystals, LCC will not pay or reimburse you for the return shipping cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please send us the tracking number when you ship

Once an item is received it takes 7-10 business days for the return to be processed and the amount returned to your original payment method. 

We would advise that you use a service that gives you a tracking number so you can check the status and have proof of delivery. 

The7 Crystals, LLC is not responsible if your package is lost on the way and a refund will NOT be issued.

Cancellation

Currently we do not have a cancellation option, once an order is placed it can't be cancelled. If you changed your mind and don't want the product anymore, please go ahead and send it back once you receive it. Please refer to the refund policy and process.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, Special promotions "FREE SHIPPING" or gift cards.


Exchanges
At this point we don't offer exchanges, you would have to apply for a return and then purchase the other item that you like. Please refer to the returns policy and process.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, it takes 7-10 business days for the return to be processed and the amount returned to your original payment method.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
